Janin and Alex loved coming to Mallorca and planned their wedding day carefully for their close friends and family.
Bridal party preparations on the day took place at the lovely Finca Hotel Son Pont located in the Valley of Puigpunyent. This is a breathtakingly beautiful area of natural interest because of its landscape and cultural heritage. The hotel itself is an old castle like building set on a huge property, but warm and welcoming and full of typical Mallorca style inside.
The ceremony was held in the quiet village of Son Servera in the “unfinished church” – an amazingly beautiful venue with an open nave. The surrounding brickwork is intact but the main hall completely open and this tied in perfectly with their vision for an outdoor wedding. The ceremony was followed by a drinks and tapas reception in the gardens. Guests had the opportunity to look through photos strung around the courtyard of the couple, family and friends.
A magical outdoor evening reception set in gardens complete with a lamppost full of chandeliers, fairylights and trees hung with lanterns. It was a wonderfully emotional evening with tears shed by all. Janin and Alex were blessed with perfect weather for their outdoor wedding.
